One person, one account.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating or using duplicate accounts will result in a permanent ban after staff confirm the violation. Use the character slots on your existing account—not a second account.
If you lose access, contact staff rather than creating another account. Players in the same household may each have their own account; sharing an IP address alone is not proof of a violation. Staff review evidence before enforcement, and you may appeal a decision.
Play fair. Treat people well.
- No hacking, bots, macros, exploits, or third-party tools that automate gameplay or give an unfair advantage. Report bugs to staff rather than abusing them.
- No multiclienting or using additional accounts as farming or buff mules.
- No racism, homophobia, hateful speech, harassment, threats, or toxic behavior.
- Be polite and respectful. Treat others as you would want to be treated.
- Leave politics at the door. This is a game for everyone to enjoy.
- Respect staff decisions and keep player reports factual. Do not post passwords, private information, or payment secrets publicly.
Staff may issue warnings, restrictions, or bans depending on severity. Confirmed duplicate-account violations carry a permanent ban.
